Mumford & Sons have been donating money to coronavirus relief funds since the pandemic hit in March, and now more than four months in, they haven't stopped. The folk rockers are partaking in War Child's Emergency Coronavirus Crowdfunder to help raise money "to protect vulnerable children facing Coronavirus in war zones" and are auctioning off some pretty amazing experiences and memorabilia, from a private livestream concert to a signed banjo." The band shared an Instagram post detailing the charity and what they're offering to fans.
"We have all made a very special donation to @warchilduk’s emergency crowdfunder, raising crucial funds to protect vulnerable children facing Coronavirus in war zones," they wrote. "You can bid right now on a private gig from Marcus or a signed guitar from his personal collection, a personal banjo lesson from Winston with a rare, signed banjo from us all, a private piano lesson with Ben or a year’s supply of honey from Ted’s very own beehives."
"Coronavirus is more than a health crisis. For vulnerable children already living in some of the most difficult and dangerous circumstances in the world, the impact could be devastating," they continued. "Please support this vital cause, link in bio #KeepThemSafe"
