Hallowfest at Six Flags Fiesta Texas may look a lot different this year amid the global COVID-19 pandemic. But don't worry, there are still plenty of frights for your weekend nights.
According to their website, the amusement park is implementing precautions to ensure proper social distancing and safety for its guests and team members.
There will be no indoor mazes, haunted houses, or shows. There will be, however, some haunted trails and scare zones outdoors with social distancing strictly enforced.
All "scareactors" will remain at least six feet from all guests and each other. In addition, all guests that are participating in the outdoor events will be separated by six feet as well.
All props, rides, restraints, handrails, and restroom facilities will be regularly cleaned and sanitized.
There will also be multiple hand-washing stations and alcohol-based sanitizers throughout the parks for guest and team member usage.
New this year to Lone Star Lil's Ampitheater, Fear Acres is bringing large, rustic haunted barns and outbuildings, making it extra spooky for creepy encounters.
The haunted attraction will run on weekends and select days from Saturday, September 19th through Sunday, November 1st. For the daredevils out there, the Chills by Night attraction begins each Saturday evening at 7 p.m.
