More Food Stalls Announced For Upcoming Fifth + Broadway Food Hall

Three more food stalls have been added to the upcoming food hall that will be part of Nashville's Fifth + Broadway development scheduled to open in Spring 2021.

Coco's Italian Market will be opening two locations in the Assembly Food Hall: Coco's Fresh Italian and Coco's Café & Dulce, FOX 17 News reports. Coco's Fresh Italian will feature fresh-made pasta, while Coco's Café & Dulce will focus on espresso and desserts.

“Coco’s is a restaurant we had our eye on since day one,” added Kulsoom Klavon, vice president of curation for Assembly Food Hall said via FOX 17 News. “It’s well-known and respected in Nashville for its authentic Italian cuisine that’s been consistent for the last 25 years. We are excited that Coco’s will operate two locations in the food hall. And if you are a sushi fan, you are really in for a treat. Hru Sushi Kitchen has been extremely popular at Legacy Hall because of the quality and creativity of its dishes, and we think it will be the perfect fit for our food hall in Nashville.”

Hru Sushi Kitchen, a new sushi restaurant, was also announced as an addition to the upcoming food hall location. The restaurant features premium sushi-grade fish and is based on the menu of Chef Chin "Steve" Liang, who operates the chain's flagship restaurant in the Dallas area, FOX 17 News reports.

Restaurant partners that have already been announced to open stalls at the food hall include Desano Pizzeria, Edley's Bar-B-Que, Hattie Jane's Creamery, NoBaked Cookie Dough, Prince's Hot Chicken, Smokin Chikin, Steam Boys, Thai Esane, The Liege Waffle Co., and the Pharmacy Burger.

The new food hall is set to have 30 food stalls, cocktail bars and a rooftop venue featuring live music. The property will also include stores, residential and business towers and the National Museum of African American Music, which is scheduled to open this fall.

Fifth + Broadway's office and residential building areas have already opened to tenants and residents.
