Who says the holiday cheer needs to stop after Christmas? Holiday lights shows stick around long after families gather for festivities and food. They even come in after the new year is ushered in. If you have a long-lasting need for winter joy, especially after 2020 is put behind us, here are some shows that will stay list well after Christmas and New Year's Day in the Seattle area.
Fantasy Lights
If you want to catch one of the largest holiday drive-thru displays in the Northwest, make sure to drop by Fantasy Lights now through Sunday, January 3, 2021, 5:30 to 9 p.m. It's located at Spanaway Park.
Lights Of Christmas
This drive-thru celebration will be sticking around from December 26 through 30 from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tickets are selling fast! You can find it at 20800 Marine Drive in Stanwood.
Zoolights 2020
Over 700,000 lights will be present at this show, according to the zoo's website. It runs from Friday, November 27 through January 3, 5 to 9 p.m. Zoolights will be at Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium.
Campus Luminata At Seattle Center
Campus Luminata goes through January 1, 2021 and is located at 305 Harrison St. Organizers only ask to "mind your distance."
Downtown Holiday Lights & Delights
Over 80,000 lights will be featured at this event along with food trucks, holiday pop-up shops and much more. The Seattle Times said, "Most of the programming will be in and around Westlake Park, 401 Pine St." Catch the show before it leaves after January 9, 2021.
Redmond Lights
Organizers said this year's light show "will emphasize hope, joy, and safety in a new way." The show will be on daily through January 3 from 5 p,m. to 11 p.m. You can find the installation at Downtown Park.
Wild Lanterns At Woodland Park Zoo
You can catch this "wild ride" through Sunday, January 17, 2021, 4 to 8:30 p.m. The show will be closed Mondays, November 26 and December 24 and 25. It's located at 5500 Phinney Ave. N.
