Comfort food and television shows have been the saving grace of many people's quarantine days.
If you have found yourself resorting to binge-watching shows during your time off, then you're not alone.
So what are people in Utah watching during this tumultuous time?
A recent study conducted by CableTV.com surveyed nearly 7,000 television viewers to find which show was the most watched in each state this year.
Utah had two favorite shows this year, turning to The Office and How I Met Your Mother for entertainment.
Friends was the number one show, topped the list in 11 states. Rick and Morty was the second most popular show, topping the list in four states.
