Seattle Is One Of The Best Cities For Keeping New Year's Resolutions

New Year's Resolutions can be tough to keep, especially during a pandemic.

Depending on what your goal is, like travel or weight loss, it may be difficult to stick to your goals in 2021. The spread of coronavirus has also forced some places to shut down or limit some public spaces on top of financial hardship. While some Americans may not even bother with resolutions this year, you can still try. Your success may be tied to where you live, too.

WalletHub looked at over 180 American cities to see where people are most likely to fulfill their New Year's resolutions. According to the website, Seattle is one of the best.

The Emerald City was ranked at No. 3, on the list. Scottsdale, Arizona claimed the No. 1 spot followed by Salt Lake City (No. 2). The area also got kudos from researchers by being in the Top 5 for these metrics, too:

  • Lowest percentage of adults not exercising (No. 1)
  • Highest median credit score
  • Lowest percentage of adult smokers

Here were the Top 10 cities that keep people on track:
