Things got heated between Kanye West and Chance The Rapper last summer.
In a recently leaked one-minute video clip, which reportedly originated from an upcoming documentary on Kanye's now-shelved Donda album, Ye is shown screaming at Chance during a recording session at his Wyoming compound last July.
The footage begins with narration from Damon Dash, who was present for the blowup. In the clip, he is shown recalling what led to Kanye's explosion of emotion, during a sit-down confessional-style interview.
"So, you know, Kanye is finishing his album and there’s people around. Chance, honestly, because of what he was reading, he came through just to check Kanye. You know, again, Kanye deals with his issues at all times. They got into it, but they worked it out. At the end of the day, Chance was there just to be a friend," Damon explained.
Kanye is then shown screaming at Chance. "Sit your a** down and listen to the album or leave," he yelled, in part.
According to fans' tweets, which were reportedly liked by Chance, the "Hot Shower" rapper flew to Wyoming to talk to Kanye following his bizarre behavior last summer.
