Miranda Lambert will return to the stage for her first concert in over a year! On Monday (February 8) the country singer announced on Instagram that she is performing three shows in April at Billy Bob's in Fort Worth, Texas.
Lambert will perform at the legendary honky-tonk for three consecutive shows on April 22, 23, and 24. Shows will be reduced capacity and strict COVID protocols will be in place.
"First concert in over a year. Texas, I can't wait to come home ❤️," she wrote alongside her Instagram announcement, adding, "We’re doing this safely and right. Show will be reduced capacity and distanced with strict COVID protocols in place."
Tickets for the three shows will go on sale to the general public on February 12, while members of Lambert's fan club, RanFans, can access a pre-sale on Wednesday, February 10.
Before the COVID-19 pandemic caused a mass shutdown in the United States in March of 2020, Lambert was in between legs of her "Wildcard Tour." The trek kicked off in January and was supposed to run through May with a break in March.
While Lambert hasn't been able to hit the road for shows this year, she and her husband Brendan McLoughlin have still done some traveling in their Airstream trailer, dubbed "The Sherriff." The couple kicked off 2021 with a trip to Asheville, North Carolina.
