Taco Bell Is Bringing Back One Of Its Most Iconic Menu Items

The Quesalupa is making a comeback at Taco Bell!

On Wednesday (March 10), Taco Bell announced its plans to re-release the Quesalupa for the first time since 2016. This time, customers can expect even more cheesy goodness from their favorite menu item.

"Cheese-lovers can rejoice since the item is now more craveable than ever with even more warm, real cheese within its iconic double-layered shell —50% more, to be exact," a press release reads. "The journey of transforming a chalupa to Quesalupa starts with stuffing the famously crispy chalupa shell with a blend of melted pepper jack and mozzarella cheeses from edge-to-edge. Inside are all of Taco Bell’s signature flavors including seasoned beef, crispy lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, fresh diced tomatoes and cool sour cream."

The best news? The price for a Quesalupa hasn't changed. Just like when it debuted in 2016, the classic menu offering will be available for just $2.99 a la carte or $6.99 for a combo which includes a Quesalupa, two Crunchy Tacos and a large drink.

Taco Bell Rewards Beta members can grab a Quesalupa on Wednesday (March 10)—a whole day before it makes its official nationwide debut on Thursday (March 11). Are you excited for the Quesalupa's return?
