There are many benefits to living in the suburbs- the proximity to large cities with all of the benefits of the small town lifestyle.
Niche recently released a list of the best suburbs to live in Arizona.
To compile the list, Niche compared the cost of living, higher education rates, public schools, crime rates, housing trends, and more in each suburb. The data that was used came from the US Census, as well as other places.
Catalina Hills, a suburb of Tucson took the top spot. It had an overall Niche grade of an A+. Scottsdale, a suburb of Phoenix was second with a grade of a A, followed by Gilbert, another suburb of Phoenix with a Niche grade of an A as well.
