10 Denver-Area Men Arrested In Online Child Enticement Operation

Ten men were arrested as a result of a two-day operation that targeted adults who were arranging sexual encounters with minors, reports 9NEWS.

The men arrested lived in Denver, Aurora, Highlands Ranch, and Westminister and ranged in age.

The operation was run by the Aurora Police's Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC), Homeland Security Investigation, and the Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) from April 8-9.

The group is known collectively as the Colorado Cyber Guardian Task Force.

These were the man arrested in the operation:

  • Edgar Pando-Caprio, 23
  • Brent Murray II, 30
  • Joshua Wagner, 46
  • Laurentino Espinoza-Pena, 56
  • Joshua Garcia, 37
  • Tommy Kilcher, 43
  • Jeremy Steward, 42
  • Peter Rodriguez, 50
  • Dylan Cornhoff, 27

“We are proud to work closely with our partners including Aurora PD and Colorado Bureau of Investigations to protect children and arrest individuals who prey on children,” said Steven Cagen, special agent in charge of Homeland Security Investigations, Denver. “Child sex abuse is one of the most serious crimes HSI investigates due to the lasting psychological and physical damage it can inflict on victims.”

According to 9NEWS, the 18th Judicial District Attorney's Office charged each of the men with at least three felonies including soliciting for child prostitution, criminal attempt, patronizing of a prostituted child.
