These Colorado Counties Have The Lowest Home Prices

Housing markets across the country have been seeing a surge in demand. The median cost of a home has increased 20% year over year, according to a report from Redfin.

However, some counties still have affordable housing.

Credible used 2021 data from the National Association of REALTORS to compile a list of counties that have the lowest median home values and monthly mortgage payments in Colorado, reports FOX31.

According to their findings, these are the Colorado counties with the lowest median home values:

  2. Bent County

  3. Baca County
