Major Malaysian Boba Chain To Open Several Locations In San Diego

A popular boba chain in Malaysia is getting a major expansion outside of Asia and entering the U.S.

Daboba will soon be in cities like Seattle, San Francisco, Miami, Dallas, Houston, New York, and San Diego.

According to Eater, Daboba has plans to open several locations across the San Diego area.

The chain is known for aesthetic drinks that are ready for Instagram feeds. Their signature beverage is the Roasted Brown Sugar Pearl Fresh Milk which is topped with a layer of cream foam and brown sugar that gets torched until it's caramelized.

Daboba also has classic beverage options like milk teas, chese teas, fruit teas, and frappes made out of yogurt.

In addition, Daboba makes their boba pearls in-house. They have standard boba and golden-colored boba made with honey.

The U.S. locations will also offer special seasonal and themed drinks during the holidays.

According to Eater, Doboba also plans to open 50 locations throughout Europe.
