Netflix Unveils Eerie First Look At New Horror Show 'Midnight Mass'

Spooky season is right around the corner and Netflix is ready to serve up some seriously scary content. On Monday (August 9), the streaming platform unveiled the first look at Midnight Mass, a new horror show set to make its debut next month.

Midnight Mass was helmed by Mike Flanagan—the creator of The Haunting of Hill House and The Haunting of Bly Manor. Fans of both outings of The Haunting series will be excited to see some familiar faces pop up in the Midnight Mass cast, including Kate Siegel, Rahul Kohli, and Annabeth Gish.

Here's the official synopsis from Netflix:

Midnight Mass tells the tale of a small, isolated island community whose existing divisions are amplified by the return of a disgraced young man and the arrival of a charismatic priest. When Father Paul’s appearance on Crockett Island coincides with unexplained and seemingly miraculous events, a renewed religious fervor takes hold of the community: but do these miracles come at a price?

Midnight Mass will be available to stream beginning on September 24th—just in time for Halloween.
