Calling all chili lovers: You can sport the highly-sought-after Skyline Chili Sneakers.
You just have to make sure you place your order fast.
The beloved Cincinnati restaurant chain announced on Monday (August 9) that for a limited time, its hardcore fans can get their own pair of the footwear that has “caused such a buzz.” Orders must be in no later than August 22. A pair of sneakers runs at $120.
Here’s what you need to know about the limited-edition sneakers:
“Our Skyline Chili Sneakers have caused such a buzz...we've decided to make them available for purchase for a limited time!! You can get your own pair at https://bit.ly/3fOlz4u. But hurry! They're only available to order now through August 22, 2021.
“Shoes are only available for purchase 8/9/21 - 8/22/21. Shoes require 4-5 weeks to produce. Orders will arrive by end of September/early October. No returns or exchanges will be accepted as the shoes are made to order.”
Representing another area of the Buckeye State, the Cleveland Scene noted that Skyline Chili initially released the sneakers to celebrate National Chili Dog Day on July 29. That celebration entailed a 100-sneaker sweepstakes giveaway. Its success launched the current comeback of the Skyline Chili Sneakers.
