Massive congratulations are in order for Leigh-Anne Pinnock of Little Mix. On Monday (August 23), the 29-year-old pop star revealed she welcomed twins with her fiance Andre Gray last week.
"We asked for a miracle, we were given two," Pinnock wrote on Instagram alongside a black-and-white photo of her children's feet. "Our Cubbies are here," she added, sharing that their birthday is August 16.
While Pinnock had revealed her pregnancy earlier this year, she kept the news that she was expecting twins completely under wraps. Little Mix fans were shocked but truly delighted by the unexpected announcement.
Pinnock isn't the only member of Little Mix to welcome a baby this week, either. Perrie Edwards gave birth to her own bundle of joy just days after her bandmate. Though fans knew the singers had due dates near each other, neither Pinnock nor Edwards shared just how close they really were. Edwards and her boyfriend Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain welcomed their baby just five days after Pinnock's twins arrived.
Pinnock and Edwards left supportive messages on each other's birth announcements, as well. "I am so proud of you and I love you so much...what an angel," Pinnock wrote to Edwards. "Two bundles of absolute joy! I love you my Lee Lee," Edwards wrote on Pinnock's announcement, which came just two days after her own.
Now we'll just have to wait and see if these Little Mix babies form their own band one day.
