Young Thug got 100 aces of land as a 30th birthday gift — and he’s reportedly turning it into his own subdivision.

Young Thug turned 30 on August 16. The Atlanta-based rapper aims to turn the gift into “Slime City,” a nod to previous albums, according to WSB-TV. The station notes that fellow rappers also gave Young Thug a Bentley, among other expensive birthday gifts. Realtor Trey Williams shared video on Instagram of the moment he gifted the land to “one of my top clients.”

Williams also credited Young Thug's manager Geoff Ogunlesi in his social media post, explaining that the two teamed up to “secretly locked down 100 Acres of land for his birthday and now he’s about to build Slime City!”

Young Thug recently released his new song “Tick Tock,” which he he debuted at Rolling Loud in Miami last month. It’s slated to release with Young Thug’s upcoming album Punk, set to drop in mid-October. Earlier in August, the rapper told Rolling Stone of his new era of music that “you can’t learn how to keep inventing. You just keep learning how to keep learning.”
