It's that time of year again. The leaves are changing, there's a chill in the air, and little ghosts and monsters prepare to roam the streets begging for a piece of candy.

Halloween is a time when many people like an extra scare in their lives, whether that's from creepy costumes, scary stories or watching a few frightful films. One family in Middle Tennessee is using their love of classic Halloween movies to give back to a good cause.

Sunny and Jason Fitz live in Hendersonville and each year they transform their home into a spooky dream as part of "Movies on Morris," per FOX 17. Revelers can stop by to see the Halloween displays with scenes from It, Carrie, Beetlejuice, Ghostbusters, The Addams Family and more as the couple raises funds for the Humane Society of Sumner County.

If you want to see the spooky displays, drive by their home in the 220 block of Morris Street in Hendersonville for their "Haunt for Humane" event. From 5 to 9 p.m. on October 16, anyone wishing to attend Haunt for Humane is asked to bring pet food, blankets, cleaning supplies or a monetary donation. They are also encouraged to dress up for the occasion where they could potentially win a prize in the costume contest.
