On Saturday, October 2, a woman was rescued from the Antioch Marina.
Police were dispatched to the marina after receiving a 911 call from a woman who was lost in the wetlands near Dow Chemical, according to KRON.
When authorities arrived, a resident told officers he could hear the woman screaming for help nearby. To find her in the dark night, officers used a drone to search for her from the air.
The resident was able to help officers by giving them a general sense of where the woman could be stranded.
