Elton John is reissuing his landmark fourth studio album, Madman Across The Water, to celebrate the record's 50th anniversary.

Originally released in the fall of 1971, Madman, was recorded following Elton's first U.S. tour, and it was his first album to catch on broadly in America. The LP includes classic Elton/Bernie Taupin hits "Tiny Dancer" and "Levon." It's also the first album to include all the core members of Elton's longtime band — Dee Murray, Nigel Olsson, Davey Johnstone and Ray Cooper.

To celebrate the reissue, Elton will unveil one of his earliest demos of "Tiny Dancer" later today (April 21). Look for it here.

Available for pre-order now on four different formats, the anniversary edition Madman sets will be released on June 10.

Elton John is continuing his 'Farewell, Yellow Brick Road' tour in North America this spring. Get all the tour dates here.
