The story in question depicts Efron lifting weights with his friend Caleb Davidge (per E!News) at an outdoor gym on the storied Spanish island. Davidge sported a smile next to the famed actor who seemed to be in good shape despite his weekend trip to the hospital.
The 36-year-old silver screen standout has been vacationing across Europe for the last couple of weeks and even spent some time on stage with DJ Martin Garrix at a beach club in Ibiza, just one day before the mysterious swimming pool incident occurred.
