Doja Cat let fans in on a little secret about her upcoming album.

On Monday night, May 5, the Grammy award-winning artist made her grand entrance at the 2025 Met Gala in New York City. Doja stepped on the blue carpet with famed designer Marc Jacobs, who crafted her entire look. During her chat with Teyana Taylor and SNL's Ego Nwodim, Doja Cat gushed about her 80s-inspired outfit and new partnership with the luxury brand for its pre-fall 2025 campaign.

"I've already teased like four songs," Doja Cat explained. "I can't wait. So with the campaign we're doing together we put one of the singles behind the visuals for it and it's called 'Jealous Type.'

In an interview with Elle, Doja Cat described her second campaign with Marc Jacobs as "very sexy." She also said "it’s very catered to the inner girl, the young girl." She explained that her new song "matches it really well because it feels quite pop and I think really anything could go behind these visuals as far as what I’ve been doing with the album."

Doja Cat has been dropping hints about her upcoming album Vie for the past few months. She fueled the hype once again last month when she posted an apparent tracklist for the album. Her post on X revealed 16 tracks including songs entitled Turn the Lights On,” “Slide,” “One More Time,” “Make It Up,” “Lipstain,” “Kink" and more.

As of this report, there's no confirmed release date for Doja Cat's album. Check out more scenes from her walk down the blue carpet at the Met Gala below.
