Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem broke her silence after being brutally portrayed in the latest episode of South Park released Wednesday (August 7) night.

Noem appeared on the Glenn Beck Program acknowledged that the show made jokes about her looks but admitted that she didn't actually watch the episode.

“It never ends, but it’s so lazy to constantly make fun of women for how they look,” Noem said. “It’s always the liberals and the extremists who do that. If they wanted to criticize my job, go ahead and do that, but clearly they can’t, they just pick something petty like that.”

South Park did, however, criticize the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement's aggressive efforts to arrest immigrants, which included the agency being directed to arrest anyone who appeared to be Hispanic and conducting raids in Heaven and at a Dora the Explorer Live! show. Noem's character was targeted for loving Botox, but also parodied for taking photo-ops after the raids, as well as her dog-killing scandal.

The Department of Homeland Security used a South Park screenshot prior to the airing of Wednesday's episode for recruitment purposes, which resulted in the show responding with, "Wait, so we ARE relevant?" after the White House called the show irrelevant following its brutal portrayal of President Donald Trump in its Season 27 debut.
