Lil Baby Announces Plans For Another Album On PlaqueBoyMax's Livestream

Lil Baby plans to drop his third album of 2025 before the end of the year.

On Saturday, August 9, the Atlanta native stopped by PlaqueBoyMax's "In The Booth" livestream with his good friend Veeze. During their conversation, Baby explained the meaning behind his upcoming album The Leak$ and revealed the plans for another album that will arrive next month.

"I really just took a couple of songs that I already got leaked and just created a whole album around it,” he said. “Most of the leaks don't be the real versions of s**t anyway. But people already got it, so we just go with the leaks."

“I'm actually dropping two albums, though,” Baby continued. “I'm dropping another album, like, four weeks after that, something like that, because I wasn't planning on dropping this one."

It's possible Lil Baby could be talking about his Dominique LP. After he dropped his WHAM album in January, Baby told Complex about his plans to release an album that would be “the more emotional and more vulnerable side I never really gave my fans.” At the time, the 30-year-old artist said he wanted to drop it in February; however, fans haven't received an update about the project since then. Meanwhile, The Leak$ is expected to arrive on August 15.

Elsewhere in their session, Max played the "U-Digg" rappers a few beats, but they didn't seem impressed. Max looked ecstatic as he played his beats and even danced around to the music. In the background, Veeze barely acknowledged the beat and Baby appeared to make a face that instantly went viral. Check out the moment and the full episode below.
