Kim Kardashian is sharing how someone "extremely close" allegedly threatened her life.
A new trailer forThe Kardashians teased how a scary situation for the SKIMS founder will unfold on the upcoming seventh season of her family's reality show, E! News reports. In the video shared Wednesday (October 1), Kardashian revealed that she "got a call from investigators" who told her "someone extremely close to me put a hit out on my life"; however, the identity of who exactly attempted to endanger her safety was not shared.
The terrifying news caused unease within her family, as evidenced by a voiceover from younger sister Kendall Jenner noting that "everybody's kind of on edge." Kylie Jenner also revealed that she "heard footsteps walking into my room" while speaking with mom Kris Jenner and Scott Disick, per Page Six, which noted how TMZ reported in March that a robbery suspect was arrested outside her Los Angeles office.
As the trailer showed police officers arriving at a residence, Kim admitted in a voiceover that she was "terrified out of my mind." While it's unclear what happened next, she got emotional in a confessional as she said, "I'm happy it's over."
The new season of The Kardashians premieres October 23 on Hulu.
