Sydney Sweeney Makes Major Chop With Dramatic Hair Transformation

Sydney Sweeney is living the blonde bob life after unveiling a brand new 'do over the weekend.

The Euphoria actress, 28, showed off her dramatic hair transformation while attending the AFI screening of her new film Christy in Los Angeles on Saturday (October 25). While Sweeney is typically known for her long blonde tresses, and even rocked a slightly darker hue at the London BFI Film Festival earlier this month, she switched up her style by making a major chop.

Wearing a pale pink Miu Miu gown with a halter-style neckline on the red carpet, Sweeney debuted her new bob complete with bright blonde highlights to give the short style extra pizzazz. According to Page Six, the transformation was the result of a week-long process by her hairstylist Glen Coco Oropeza, who documenting the switch-up on Instagram. Hair colorist Jacob Schwartz also assisted in lightening her locks to what he described as "bleached suede blonde."

The Anyone But You actress isn't the only star switching up their look with the changing of the seasons. Tori Spelling showed off her own drastic haircut that she did herself, also trading her long blonde locks for a short bob, while Kim Kardashian channeled her mom Kris Jenner with a dark pixie cut.
