Silverlake, CA-based funk-popsters 10 Cent comprised singer/guitarist Shawn Calizo, bassist Tina Link, keyboardist Phil E. Hartman and drummer Blair. After debuting in 1996's Everybody Wins, the group signed to the Dust Brothers' Hi-Ho label to release Buggin Out three years later. ~ Jason Ankeny
