Biography
Sydney, Australia's Asteroid B-612 take on a grittier, straightforward approach of rock & roll in the vein of the Stooges, Blue Öyster Cult and the New York Dolls. On top of their added approach of angst and speed, Asteroid B-612 made their recording debut in 1996 with the EP Teen Sublimation Riffs. The following year, Au-Go-Go Records released their first full-length, Not Meant for This World, as well as their second EP, September Crush. Bassist Scott Nash died on December 28, 2022. ~ Mike DaRonco
