Biography
A Los Angeles-based boy band assembled by Island Records, Citizen Four took advantage of a perceived void left by the hiatus of English megastars One Direction. The founding lineup of Iowa brothers Carson and Conner Boatman and New Jersey natives Austin Percario and X Factor finalist Josh Levi debuted their yearning dance-pop with "Cold" and "Mercy," both in the second half of 2016.
