David Adam

Scottish percussionist Dave Adam recorded with the Glasgow band the Bathers, fronted by vocalist Chris Thomson. Perhaps representing the opposite end of the spectrum from bands such as the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band and the Filthy Five, the Bathers probably hired Adam because of his reputation for providing clean percussion tracks. Adam works in conjunction with drummer Richard Colburn; the group also makes use of instruments such as violin and cello. ~ Eugene Chadbourne
