Durand Jones

Durand Jones & the Indications are a potent deep soul revival band based in Bloomington, Indiana. Singer and songwriter Jones was raised by the Mississippi River in Louisiana and had his life changed when his grandmother gave him an alto saxophone, with which he formed a creative bond. After he graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Jones headed north to Bloomington, where he entered a postgraduate program at Indiana University's Jacobs School of Music.
