Hannah Tan

Also known by the stage and performance names Hannah T and Hannah Sarah Tan, Hannah Tan is a Malaysian pop star and television presenter. Born October 25, 1981, in Penang, Tan studied music and information systems in college before making her first forays into the entertainment world in 2002, when she represented Malaysia at the Miss Global Petite World Finals.
