The brainchild of bubblegum pop producers, Jerry Kasenetz and Jeff Katz, the Singing Orchestral Circus was a sprawling aggregation of eight groups on one record: the Ohio Express, the 1910 FruitGum Co. , Music Explosion, Lt.
