Loco Gringos

Dallas band Loco Gringos played punk rock with a somewhat sarcastic edge, though they weren't nearly as over the top in their mutations of the form as fellow Texans the Butthole Surfers or the Hickoids. While they were active, their only release was a 1987 7" single, "Nurture My Pig," later covered by the Reverend Horton Heat (who also paid tribute to the group in the song "Loco Gringos Like a Party").
