Melly

Born Mellyana Goeslaw on January 7, 1974 in Jakarta, Indonesia, pop singer Melly first burst onto the Indonesian pop and rock scene in the band Potret, which she started with her husband, Anto Hoed. Eventually, the group faded from view, but Melly pressed on with a solo career, and following three albums with her former band (Potret, II, and Café) she released her debut full-length, Melly in 1999.
