Naommon, the French singer intent on bringing back the glory days of disco music, was born in Toulon, a small town not far from the French Riviera. "Everybody knew everybody," the singer says. "It was a good place if you only wanted to go to the beach, but not a place for anyone who wanted to pursue an artistic future."
