With little information -- not even a catalog number -- PEK's debut album, Hollow Owl, was issued in 2006. With its low-key, wistful acoustic guitar-dominated folk-rock and late-'60s/early-'70s British influences, it resembled the work of indie singer/songwriters such as Damien Youth, who wrote the only track on the album not penned by PEK himself. ~ Richie Unterberger
