Ronnie Bond was the drummer in the Troggs, the crude British Invasion band that ran off a series of hits in the mid- to late '60s, including "Wild Thing" and "Love Is All Around." The main figure in the Troggs was their lead singer, Reg Presley, who also wrote most of their original material. However, Bond did occasionally write and sing Troggs tracks himself, though these tended to be obscure album cuts and B-sides that weren't remotely in the same league as the band's best efforts, vocally or otherwise.
