Rick Dufay

b. Richard Marc Dufay, 19 February 1952, Paris, France. Guitarist and songwriter Dufay initially earned his reputation playing on the New York, USA club circuit, collaborating with various bar bands as well as playing his own solo slots. Word-of-mouth praise of these performances eventually led to a contract with Polydor Records in 1980. Tender Loving Abuse was recorded live in the studio under the production tutelage of Jack Douglas.
