Rocaine is a Detroit rapper whose street-hustling rhymes evince fearlessness and menace. The MC has been affiliated with fellow Midwesterner Chief Keef's Glo Gang and is part of 44 Boyz, the latter of which doubles as the name of the label that issues his material.
