Biography
Formerly a member of the '70s hard rock group Birtha, Rosemary Butler embarked on a solo career in 1984. Signed to Capitol Records, Rose was a predictably glossy collection of smooth rock songs and ballads targeted at AOR radio. Linda Ronstadt appeared on backing vocals, but there was little else to distinguish the album and Capitol Records chose not to renew her contract.
