Biography
The Salutations recorded several singles, both novelty cuts and love ballads, for various labels in the early and mid-'60s, but were unable to crack either the pop or R&B charts. The group, which was also known as Vito and the Salutations, recorded for Apartment, Kram, Rayna, Herald, Regina, Rust, Wells, Boom, and Red Boy, with another single coming out on Crystal in 1978. ~ Ron Wynn
