Tim Hecker

Canadian artist Tim Hecker has earned widespread acclaim for his highly textural recordings, which blur the lines between ambient, noise, and electro-acoustic composition. First known for producing experimental techno and IDM as Jetone, Hecker switched to his real name for 2001's Haunt Me, Haunt Me Do It Again, a stirring set of glitch-heavy soundscapes.
