Toni Braxton recently revealed in an interview with Access Hollywood that her autistic son, Diezel, has been doing well despite his disorder.

“Early diagnosis changes everything. My son Diezel was off the spectrum being autistic, and Suzanne Wright, who unfortunately just passed… she called me immediately and said, ‘Get him in this program, do this, do that’. She’s been an advocate and helped me so much; I miss her already, I can’t believe she’s gone," the R&B songstress said.

She continued: “Our lives have changed. He has no signs of autism. He’s our social butterfly… I’m very, very fortunate… He’s doing pretty wonderful. I’m pretty proud of him.”

After Toni said these words, the media began reporting that Toni's son was cured of autistic. But, this is NOT true. Toni never said that, she simply said that he wasn't showing signs because of the great care he's been getting.

In case no one knew, autism is a disorder, not a disease that can be cured. Stop putting words in R&B Queen Toni's mouth, please. Thanks.
