We are just 10 days away from music history to take place in Las Vegas once again. In a little over a week from now, an incredible lineup of artists will take the stage at the brand new T-Mobile Arena during the 2016 iHeartRadio Music Festival. This year's incredible genre-spanning lineup includes Drake, U2, Britney Spears, Sia, Ariana Grande, Billy Idol, Usher, Florida Georgia Line, Zedd, and many more.

The iHeartRadio Music Festival Lineup has yielded some of the best surprise collaborations and music moments ever. In other words, always expect the unexpected. But in honor of our 10 day countdown, we're taking a look at ten of the best moments since the very first time the festival hit Las Vegas. Check it out below!

1. Lady Gaga is joined by Sting (2011)

During the very first iHeartRadio Music Festival, Lady Gaga was joined by Sting on guitar (who is on this year's iHRMF lineup) for a very special performance. Straddling a motorcycle that doubled as a keyboard stand, Lady G and The Police frontman performed "Stand By Me," as well as The Police's 1983 hit "King of Pain."

2. Prince's surprise collaboration with Mary J. Blige (2012)

As we continue to remember the late music legend Prince, his surprise on-stage collaboration with R&B megastar Mary J. Blige is one we'll never forget. In the middle of her set, Mary told the crowd, "I got a real good friend in the building. He’s one of the most amazing artists to ever walk the earth," before Prince walked out on stage rocking some amazing bright yellow pants. The duo performed "Nothing Compares 2 U."

3. Gwen Stefani & P!nk's surprise collab (and kiss) (2012)

Talk about females who rock. No Doubt kicked off the festival in 2012, but what made their performance even better was a surprise collaboration with P!nk. Gwen Stefani and P!nk rocked out on stage together as they performed No Doubt's 1995 hit "Just A Girl." Guess blondes really do have more fun. 👯

Also, can we talk about the fact that P!nk performed an entire song while doing aerial acrobatics around the arena during her own set?!

4. Billy Joe Armstrong smashed a guitar on stage (2012)

At the end of Green Day's performance at the iHRMF in 2012, Billy Joe Armstrong pulled of the ultimate rock and roll moment and smashed his guitar on stage.

5. Kesha & Joan Jett rock out & perform "Bad Reputation" (2013)

Back when Kesha still spelled her name with a dollar sign (Ke$ha), she gave an awesome performance at the iHRMF in 2013 -- which included an AWESOME surprise collaboration with female rock rebel Joan Jett. The pair performed Jett's 1981 song "Bad Reputation."

6. Queen + Adam Lambert Rocked us. Rocked us. (2013)

It's tough to replace someone like Queen frontman Freddie Mercury -- in fact, you really can't. BUT, you can come close. Cue Adam Lambert. Before Queen + Adam Lambert officially hit the road in 2014 on a world tour, the legendary rock band welcomed Adam to help them perform some of their biggest hits at the 2013 iHeartRadio Music Festival.

At one point during the set, fun. frontman Nate Ruess also joined Queen and Adam on stage.

7. Usher & Chris Brown' had a dance off & set a pair of shoes on fire (2014)

As we already know, Chris Brown is an excellent dancer -- but so is Usher. So during his performance of "New Flame," the two had a dance off ... and then Usher set his shoes on fire after he danced right out of them.

8. Pete Wentz crowd surfed in a raft during Steve Aoki's set (2014)

If you've ever been to one of Steve Aoki's shows, then you already know he likes to crowd surfing in a raft -- he calls it "White Raver Rafting." But during his performance at the 2014 iHRMF, it wasn't Steve making his way through the crowd in a raft, it was Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz.

9. Kanye for Prez. 2020 (2015)

No matter who you're voting for in this year's Presidential election, just know that in 2020, you'll probably be able to vote for Kanye West in the next one. During his iHeartRadio Music festival set last year, Yeezy reminded us all with a simple mention of "2020" that he fully intends to run for President in the next election. YES WE KANYE.

10. James Corden's Conga Line during Duran Duran (2015)

If Duran Duran's music didn't make you want to form a Conga Line before, you definitely wanted to after watching James Corden as he danced around the arena with several fans.
