Luke Bryan Talks Disobeying Doctors Orders

A few weeks ago, Luke Bryan fell off his motorcycle, breaking his clavicle in the process. Fans who attended the shows shortly after his accident watched him perform with his right arm in a sling. But this "sling thing," as Luke calls it, didn't last nearly as long as his doctor hoped it would.

“When you break your daggum collar bone, and you’re a singer, and when you don’t necessarily follow all of the doctor’s orders, like, ‘Be in a sling for three weeks,’ not three days. I can’t be up there in a sling doing what I’m trying to do. I mean, to shake? The sling was counterbalancing me.”

Luke's friends in Little Big Town joked about the accident during the CMT Artists of the Year special, gifting him a tricycle, which they deemed much safer than his motorcycle.
