Rihanna Responds To 'Lemonade' Being Nominated For Album Of The Year Over 'ANTI'

Yesterday (Dec. 6), members of Rihanna's Navy were upset that ANTI didn't get nominated for Album Of The Year in the 2017 Grammys.
The nominees in this category are 25 by Adele, Lemonade by Beyoncé, Purpose by Justin Bieber, Views by Drake, and A Sailor’s Guide To Earth by Sturgill Simpson. Though all of these albums were great and their own ways, as well as ANTI; Riri's project got nominated for other categories, instead.
Mad about this, some of Rihanna's fans began coming for Bey's Lemonade and putting ANTI against Queen Bey's visual album. So, it was pretty shocking when fans saw Riri like a IG post that slammed Beyonce's project.
Riri liked a post that read:
“Congrats and all to @badgalriri and all for her 8 Grammy nods but tbh f**k them because they snubbed her for Song of the Year and Album of the Year. Like how my n**ga!? I think they didn’t want her tied or passing someone else *cough cough* [lemon emoji]. Cause if they wouldn’t have played her she would have been in the lead with most Grammy nods. F**k u Grammys, ANTI did amazing things this year and y’all played her. I think y’all shook!”
However, the bad gyal has responded to liking this and claims that she didn't even read the message in its entirety. Rihanna cleared things up and wrote back:
"I never actually read you caption, thought the pic was funny and moved right along! Til I see it pop up over and over! I'm petty af, yes. But this is just unneccessary! I wish y'all would drop this topic and see things from a bigger picture! We don't need to be putting black women against each other! We deserve to be celebrated, and the Grammy Academy agrees!

And there you have it, folks! Now y'all can all fall back.
