Before Kanye West's health took a turn for the worse in late November, the rapper used one of his "Saint Pablo World Tour" shows to accuse collaborators/friends Beyoncé and Jay Z of some wrongdoings.
While Yeezy revealed that the pop titan manipulated her Video of the Year win at last year's MTV VMAs, he also admitted that his rap peer didn't reach out after wife Kim Kardashian was robbed at gunpoint in Paris. It just felt like a whole lot of emotional tension. However, like all friends, it looks like this trio is back on talking terms, all thanks to Blue Ivy Carter.
On Friday (January 6), Kimye visited Beyoncé and Jay's home in Holmby Hills, Los Angeles to celebrate Blue Ivy's 5th birthday, US Weekly reported, citing photos from X17. It appeared be to a less than formal event, at least for Kim and Kanye, who rocked some casual plaid and camouflage apparel.
While it was reported that the duo did not bring their three-year old North or 13-month-old Saint to the party, it's a step of in the right direction. As you can remember, Kanye didn't hold much back when he went in on the power couple during those rants. "Jay Z, call me, bruh. You still ain't called me. Jay Z, I know you got killers. Please don't send them at my head," he told audiences. "Please call me. Talk to me like a man."
Expect to see more of Kim and Kanye's struggles in March during the upcoming season of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," which will detail the aftermath of the Paris robbery.
