Harry Styles Sang Happy Birthday To 8-Year-Old Fan & It Will Make Your Heart Explode

An 8-year-old girl named Sienna, who has been dubbed the "Queen of Being 8," officially had THE greatest birthday ever during Harry Styles' iHeartRadio Album Release Party, celebrating the former One Direction member's debut self-titled solo album.

Sienna showed up to the secret show in Brooklyn, New York's famed Rough Trade independent record store and concert venue, in her birthday best -- adorable crown included. During the show, the crowd pointed out the little girl, and the fact that it was her birthday.

Harry talked to Sienna from the stage at first, and then said, "we should sing you happy birthday," at which point he invited the 8-year-old on stage and encouraged the entire room to sing to Sienna with him. And as she was on stage, one fan yelled out "Queen of being 8!"

During Harry's iHeartRadio Album Release Party in Brooklyn, the 23-year-old performed several songs off of his first solo album, including his single "Sing of the Times," "Ever Since New York," as well as two songs for the first time, "Carolina" and "Two Ghosts." Get the details HERE.
