Jodeci Performs Epic 'Forever My Lady' Set At 'Dear Mama' Show & Black Twitter Was Feenin'

During last night's (May 9) "Dear Mama" special on VH1, one half of Jodeci hit the stage to honor the mothers in the room and it gave all R&B lovers watching all the feels. 

The annual program pays homage to several celebrities' moms and mothers everywhere. At the ceremony last night; Mary J. Blige paid tribute her mother, Cora; DJ Khaled honored his fiancée and mother of his child, Nicole; Anthony Anderson showed love to his mom, Doris; and more.  

From the very moment the show commenced, everything was going great. Mother's Day love was in the air! Then, things were suddenly turned up a notch when Khaled introduced Jodeci, who hit the stage and shut the show down. K-Ci and Mr. Dalvin began serenading the mothers in the crowd with their hit song and classic R&B love song "Forever My Lady." 

Twitter couldn't get enough of the performance, which showed K-Ci's vocals continuing to be ON POINT and also gave the singer the holy ghost while singing. He even walked up to and sang to Blige's mother (remember when he and Mary used to go out years ago, before she married her now-estranged husband)), Khaled fiancée and more. Even though many people wondered with JoJo and Devante were, the set was still a highlight of the night.
